Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ssociopro, we operate a prepaid advertising and reward-based system where brands pay to run ad campaigns and users/creators earn cashback by completing tasks. Due to the nature of digital campaign execution, **all payments made to Ssociopro are final and non-refundable**.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a brand makes a payment for advertising services, campaign credits, or promotional activities, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

2. No Cancellations

Campaigns, once initiated or credited, **cannot be canceled**, paused, or refunded. Brands are responsible for reviewing campaign requirements before activation.

3. User / Creator Earnings

User and creator earnings are based on valid task completions. Ssociopro retains the right to withhold or reverse rewards for fraudulent or suspicious activity.

4. Technical Issues

No refund will be issued due to:

• Internet issues
• Device malfunction
• Temporary downtime
• Campaign pauses due to brand limitations
