Ssociopro provides a digital advertising platform where brands can run paid ad campaigns, and registered users or creators can earn rewards, bonuses, or cashback by engaging with campaigns.

2. User & Creator Accounts

To participate in reward-based activities, users and creators must create an account with accurate and verified information. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be using false details, performing fraudulent activities, or violating platform policies.

3. Brand Payments

Brands pay us for running advertisements, promotions, and campaign-related activities. All payments made by brands are final, non-refundable, and used to execute, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns.

4. Cashback & Rewards

Cashback or earning amounts displayed to users depend on campaign availability and brand budgets. Ssociopro reserves the right to modify reward rates or stop campaigns at any time. Fraudulent activities such as fake engagement, bot usage, or system manipulation will result in:

Permanent account suspension
Loss of pending or earned rewards
Legal action (if necessary)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, campaign materials, brand creatives, and platform designs belong to Ssociopro or respective brands. Users and creators are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or modifying campaign content without authorization.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Engage in fake clicks, fake installs, or artificial engagement
Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation tools
Exploit system bugs or loopholes
Misrepresent identity or use another person's account

7. Limitation of Liability

Ssociopro is not responsible for losses arising from downtime, campaign unavailability, payment delays from brands, or technical issues beyond our control. Platform earnings are not guaranteed and depend solely on active campaigns.

8. Termination of Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Accounts may be terminated for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Patna High Court, Bihar, India.
